The best way to keep documents organized is to make sure that the website is categorized to ensure that everything is easily accessible. You have to make sure that everyone can easily find what they are looking for. You might do this by keeping everything related. You can do this by placing student and parent information in separate places. It is also a good idea to have a place for miscellaneous information. However you decide to set it up, just be creative and make sure it is easy to navigate through.
